   etcetera, and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to"
   information about such material.

   Offensive Material - Any material which, at the discretion of the management of canadianwebsites.net
   may cause reasonable offense or upset to others.

   (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available

   costs and claims, including reasonable lawyer's fees asserted against the owner and management of

4. Server Up Time

   Whilst every effort is made to ensure that Hosting provided by canadianwebsites.net is of the best
   possible reliability, you agree that the owner and management of canadianwebsites.net shall not be
   held responsible for any loss of business due to server downtime in the provision of its services.

5. Data Storage

   Whilst every effort is made to ensure that there are a number of backup copies, usually daily, weekly
   and monthly, of data hosted by canadianwebsites.net you agree that the owner and management of
   canadianwebsites.net shall not be held responsible for any loss of data, business, or business income
   due to data loss.

6. Non Payment
    If your Web Hosting Account is unpaid and remains unpaid after payment reminders are issued your
    Web Hosting Account and domain name may go into suspended status until payment is made.

business may suffer. The owner and management of canadianwebsites.net makes no warranties of any
kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose. This includes registration failure and lapse of domain registration. It is the customer's
responsibility to ensure renewal of their domain names before expiry. The management of
canadianwebsites.net reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time and without notice. All account owners, previous
and new are always subject to the latest Terms and Conditions posted here at all times.
